Main Hall

Spacious hall/dance space with optional seating and tables for 0 - 100 people (depending on the event), sprung wooden floor & reversible mirrors if requested. This room can be set up as a dance studio, exercise room, conference hall or a party venue.

Small Hall

Usually fitted out for small children but can be adapted for adults' use. Comes complete with a fitted sink, small kitchen, its own children's toilets & optional access to a small outdoor space. Great for children's parties.

Meeting Room 1 and Meeting room 2

These two adjoining rooms can be used individually or as a pair and with a discount, simply by adjusting the removable partition between them. These rooms normally both come equipped with 4-5 tables, 10-12 chairs and a flipchart stand, but can be set up in many other ways.

Snug/lounge

Carpets, cushions and ten deep armchairs gives this room a soft feel that's great for relaxed discussions,  or you can set up more formally and seat up to 50 people in rows. IUse this room for meetings,training sessions, games and drama workshops.

Small Office

A small office on the first floor. It has been used as a counseling space and can be equipped with a desk, phone and computer. It could be used for small meetings of up to 1 - 3 people and is rentable by the hour or by the year.

Sports Zone 

This massive outdoor space serves as a primary school's playground during school term but at weekends, weekday evenings and in the school holidays it is open for other roles. The brand new surface is marked out for tennis, netball, 5 a side football and Bikeability cycle training. It comes with nets, posts, sports bibs, table tennis tables, floodlights and changing facilities. Fees range from around £10 per hour per court for tennis or table tennis to £35 per hour per court for commercial bookings involving larger numbers. Big discounts are available for bookings that promote community exercise.

To Make a Booking

Please call St Pancras Community Association on 020 7380 1501 or email on info@spca.org.uk and speak to the administrators about availability.

Fill out a booking form which can be obtained by collecting from the centre or can be sent to you by email. If you would like to view a space before hiring, please make an appointment with the Admin team. All hirers should read the terms and conditions to show they understand what is expected of them. This legal document is attached to the booking form and these agreements should be signed accordingly.

We often expect a £50 security fee for bookings which will be returned after the event as long as, the booking has not over run, everything is clean and tidy (this is how it will be at the start so we expect it to be the same at the end) with no damages or thefts.

Full payments must usually be made one week before the booking to secure it. If you would like to pay directly into our bank account, please either call or email for St Pancras Community Association's bank details.
